C8 delivered a 3,700m² Cat A new build office building, spanning from the ground to the third floor, complete with a full-service level and roof plant area, designed to accommodate multiple tenants.
Within the scope of the contract, Cat A works were integrated with Cat B tenant works for BJB, who occupy all the upper levels. This bespoke approach ensured the building met both the requirements of the base specification and the specific needs of the primary tenant.
The entire project was designed and installed in-house by our expert team, ensuring a seamless delivery from concept to completion. This project demonstrates our ability to manage large-scale developments, providing flexible and high-quality spaces for multiple tenants.
