The space features an underground car park, breakout areas, shower and toilet facilities, and an impressive grand reception, as well as archive storage and a basement plant room, providing a well-rounded solution for contemporary workplaces.
All building services were designed and installed in-house, ensuring seamless integration across the entire development. The design embraces a semi-exposed "industrial" aesthetic, with raw, contemporary finishes that are thoughtfully coordinated to create a unique, dynamic workspace that blends form with function.
