C8 successfully delivered a 520m² ground floor office refurbishment, creating a modern and efficient workspace tailored to the tenant’s specific business requirements.
Our in-house team designed and installed all services, seamlessly integrating new systems while modifying existing ones to ensure optimal functionality. The project included the installation of a VRV air conditioning system, ventilation system, hot and cold-water services, LED lighting and control, underfloor power and desk systems, general electrical power and distribution, fire alarms, door access systems, data systems, CCTV and intruder systems, panic alarms, comms room cooling, and BMS additions.

Category B alterations were completed within a challenging timeframe, ensuring the client could begin the new trading year in their upgraded premises. Adapting the base-build systems to meet their needs was a smooth process, as the original installation—previously carried out by C8—was new and well-ordered, allowing for seamless adjustments. The office was refitted while the building remained fully operational, accommodating four tenants throughout the project.
